About Our Founder and CEO
Emily Idleman is the Founder and CEO of Bold Communications. Emily believes in social media's ability to connect businesses with consumers to elevate their brand. She currently attends Arizona State University, working to obtain a master's degree in Digital Audience Strategy. Emily is a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), and the El Dorado County Chamber of Commerce.
Emily has approximately seven years of experience in social media management, branding, content creation, event development and organization, and business-to-business marketing. She has worked with non-profit organizations, small businesses, and government organizations.
Her passions stem from her love of connecting with others and building relationships. Emily is most passionate about her work, keeping up with digital media developments, having goals and achieving them, and helping others.

In Emily's free time, she is likely trying to reign in her toddlers, who insist on stealing her youth and sanity, keeping up with the latest and greatest social media trends and tools, and gardening. Recently she has been volunteering with non-profit organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern Sierra and Ponderosa Little League.
